By accessing or using any service offered by Neotheta AI Research Lab, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Neotheta provides AI consulting, software development, cloud engineering, and digital transformation services to enterprise clients. The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed between Neotheta and the client.

All payments made on our platform are final and must be made in full through the available and authorised payment methods. We use Razorpay and/or other trusted third-party payment gateways to process transactions securely.

All payments made are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including accidental payments, change of mind after purchase, incomplete information provided by the user, or service dissatisfaction once delivered as per agreed terms.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will be considered a breach of this policy. If you believe there has been an error in billing or payment processing, please contact us immediately at sales@neotheta.com.

All content, branding, code, methodologies, and materials on this website and delivered as part of our services are the intellectual property of Neotheta AI Research Lab unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. Specific confidentiality terms are defined in the NDA or SOW applicable to each engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neotheta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
